CANCELLATION POLICY & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment (by phone, text, or email) carry no charge.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee as originally booked to the card on file.

Bring your completed forms to your first appointment. If anything on the form raises a question, Toni will talk it through with you before your session begins
